Who and what are Spidacom ?

Spidacom is a small company specialising in the design and creation of dual language web sites with English and Japanese pages running in parallel. We create the web sites, embed English and Japanese keywords and MetaTags in them to make your web site visible to Search Engines, launch them to English and Japanese Search Engines and then support and maintain them on a yearly basis. We have a high degree of technical skill, expertise and experience in this area and are approved by the Government Expert Help Scheme.

Our staff are graduates with post graduate degrees in business, computing and Japanese, are mature, experienced in the world of business and committed to quality.

We have a strategic link with graphic design specialists but do not confuse the artistic skills of making a site look good with the technical skills of making web sites function fully on PCs and Macs. Our sites are visible in Netscape, Opera and Microsoft Explorer. We even ensure they run on old browsers such as Mosaic, text only browsers such as Lynx and browsers for the blind with text to speech systems.

We do not use off the shelf packages such as Dreamweaver, Front Page or Go Live, since we are all too well aware of their limitations in producing web sites which meet all of our requirements. Instead we write direct in HTML in English or Japanese or French as necessary.

So many sites produced cheaply by such packages fail to get noticed because of their lack of appropriate MetaTags. As the expression goes, pay peanuts and you get ..........
